We recently had a bridal shower for my daughter at Sal & Tony’s. The communication prior to (thank you Alyssa) the service the day of, the atmosphere and the food were all exceptional. Shout out to this neighborhood establishment, it’s a gem!

Had dinner last night! The minestrone soup and Caesar salad were delicious! The pan pizza was so good with the most amazing cheese pull!Vibes were great and I can’t wait to come back! Especially in the summer to enjoy the patio!

He was very welcoming, and made sure every guest felt valued and taken care of. It’s great to see a manager so present and engaged on the floor, checking in with customers, supporting his staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.If you haven’t been in recently, it’s worth a visit—you’ll not only enjoy the food but also experience top-tier hospitality.

The shrimp De Jonghe! Yum!! Our waitress was great and the young gentleman who was Manager for the evening offered us a friendly greeting too!

Hands down the pizza is one of my top 5 , "sausage well done" I eat pizza at every chance I get and it wowed me , I will go back on the summer play a round of golf and definitely get a pizza and beer

I just wanted to say that I’ve have lived in B. G. Since 1969. On Jan. 26 2026 we went to this Resturant for the first time. Our waiter was very good and friendly. His attitude made our meal enjoyable. I think his Name is Joe.The he Atmosphere could be improved, unfortunately our table was located next to the door to the kitchen. The next time we are going to ask to not be seated there.Lastly I had the Salmon it was cooked to perfection. My wife had Eggplant Parmigiana she said it was the Best! We will definitely go back a lot sooner than the first time!

Definitely a thumbs up for this restaurant especially the Manager Scott who I went to high school with is awesome and he greets everybody. The staff is wonderful and the food is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

The food was great. The atmosphere was lively. Every other Friday night they have live music, we went with kids ages 1-8 and they loved it. Most of all the staff was amazing, they were very accommodating and attentive. Great place to go with or without the family.

Arguably the best Chicago Thin Crust tavern style pizza I’ve had. Entrees and appetizers are great as well. If playing a round at Buffalo Grove I’ll always grab two pies for carry out…and even sometimes grab it to go without golfing.

The food was amazing. The stuffed mushrooms were so delicious. The rolled eggplant was yummy. The whole experience was great, especially our server McKenzie. She was delightful. She absolutely made our dining experience great. A definite recommendation!

Fabulous service from the minute we entered the door. The place was packed but the owner assured us he would get us a fast table and he did. Our waitress was perfect and friendly. Large portions of food and pretty good.

Seleh & Manager Scott went Above and Beyond to make sure i enjoyed my dinner. The Xmas Decorations are awesome.I recently lost my boyfriend to gun violence in Savannah Georgia and i wish we could have dined here. They aim to please, made me feel like i was part of the family.Very nice resturant and my pizza was delicious and very fresh. For this native Jersey girl, Sal and Tony's is a good local Italian spot in Illinois. Pasta was freshly prepared, lots of good garlic, and well-seasoned sauce. Service is very friendly. There is a full service bar if you'd like to drink, and the atmosphere is super casual. We've gone back multiple times for pizza, both eat-in and carryout. Very good!!

Great food. Had the calamari appetizer. Entrees shrimp fettuccine alfredo, seafood sampler, and cheese lasagna with vodka sauce. Great service.

Stumbled into this gem and fell in love. This is a great place with seriously solid pizza, a great atmosphere, and most importantly, the most incredible staff! Alyssa and Lexi are knowledgeable, attentive, genuine, and handle a room full of people without breaking a sweat. If you find yourself here, say hello and tip them well!!
